My 1st day to receive calls. We are attached to experienced staffs for them to assist us anytime. 1st attachment is to Melvin. Haha. Kept saying he is single and available then whole day kajiao people. His temper very bad. Get angry very easily but he is a really very good coach.

2nd attachment is to Jack. Senior in TP. He is a Product Engineering graduate and now an experienced staff of Income. He is very chatty and nice. He did not let me answer the calls for many were enquiring on healthcare products which I am not trained on. Very nice coach and friend too.

1st call that I received is on Snow City and I was rather nervous and spoke too softly resulting in the caller to put down the phone. Haha. Bad customer service officer I am. =P

Forget about my colleagues. Hehe. Some stories about them.

For SBH, there is only 3 guys and 1 of them is the team leader. Joker is Melvin who is a PHD(Poly-holder dropout), vulgarities king is Jack(where is Jill?) and the team leader is James. Melvin likes F who works in call center too and Joyce(my trainer) will always tease him about it with her best pal, Theresa(my 1st attachment). Jenny, May, Cynthia and Sharon are some of those that I usually see during my slot. Hehe. They are all very nice people and I like them a lot.

Hopefully I will get to work back in NTUC Income, Tampines branch, Call center(SBH) again during my next break. =)

From tomorrow 9am onwards, you can call NTUC Income, Special Benefits Inquiry hotline, to look for Kelly. Yes, today marks the end of my training and announce my graduation. I am going to start receiving calls tomorrow. Shit. I am so scared now. I hope I will not say the wrong things.

"Good morning. NTUC Income. This is Kelly. How may I help you?" Our standard greeting to all callers and "thank you for calling NTUC Income, good bye". Hopefully I will remember to say all the above and hopefully I will not receive any Healthcare calls cos I am not trained in this area.

I am only taught on the basics that we temp staffs can access to. Everything that was taught on the 1st day is all gone and back to Joyce and most importantly, Joyce is on leave tomorrow. Die!~ *Touch wood* Hopefully all calls are on car coop, snow city, resorts and home services instead of request for policy details. I forgotten how to use the 2 systems.... Terrible memories. Please pray along with me that I will survive through my employment period. Thank you.

Woke up early for the interview at Bras Basah road today. It was a successful one and was immediately posted to the Tampines Branch as Customer Service officer. Met an ex-colleague, Hoa, and realised that we are working at the same level and our department are connected. =)

Wages is $50 per day for 8 hours. Currently still undergoing training. I hope to go for training forever. Haha. Then the $50 is so easy to earn. =P

Now, about Ham Ham. She is in a danger zone. God knows what happened to my house. There is this cat that kept coming to my house today and it is definitely life-threatening to Ham Ham. I cannot imagine her in the hands of the cat. Bet I will cry buckets and buckets. Is there any insurance for pets???

When I am watching the show, I can always feel the pain and happiness between Xiao Ling and Tian You. Maybe it is because their acting skills is really great or maybe it is because I hope to be Xiao Ling. I haven't cry while watching shows for a very long time and I must say, this show really makes me cry buckets.

I am a super emotional person who will watch TV and cry when the characters are suffering but the recent shows that I watched totally has no effect on me. Perhaps they just seems so like every other shows that I watched before. I think the shows now is losing their effect on people. The author of the stories are trying too hard to make it emotional that it no longer have any impact on me, especially Singapore production.

I love to watch shows that will make me cry and love that is everlasting. The best would be for me to feel like I am inside the show when I watched. My Date With A Vampire really give me that feeling. Everytime I switched off the TV, my mind is on Xiao Ling and Tian You, wondering what will happen next.

I think I am falling in love with their will-power and everlasting love. A love that can continue after centuries and remain strong is what I adore and hope to get. Ma Ling Er = Ma Xiao Ling, Kuang Zhong Tang = Kuang Tian You. A love that travel through centuries and finally return with a happy ending.

Now, a little about my life. I am going for an interview tomorrow morning and hopefully I will get the job to fill up the big hole in my bank account. But the problem is, I forget how to get there. Terrible. Got to woke up super early tomorrow to go for the interview and find the place. Better go to sleep now. Wish me luck.

Now, a little update on my recent life. Finished watching My Date With A Vampire 1, 2 and 3. The show is fantastic. The love between Kuang Tian You and Ma Xiao Ling, from thousands of years ago, their love continued till their present life. A vampire slayer and a vampire decided to put down everything to love. Whenever Xiao Ling met with any threatening situations, Tian You will definitely come to her rescue.

God, this show is really great. I love it very much. Strongly recommend everyone to watch.

I am sunburnt! Ouch. My shoulder and hands are so painful. Sat under the sun for about 10hours in total at Padang just queuing to watch 5566. So painful man.

Had a great time yesterday, was with a gang of 5566 fans at Padang, queuing for the autograph session. Reached Padang at around 8am in the morning and only about 12noon then we were let into the Padang area. I was the 400th person to queue for the autograph session. =) However, I was also standing right in front of the stage. This is because the organiser make us form the digit 5 and 6 and they made the first hundred over people form the digit 5 first and when we were let in, we are supposed to form 6 so we managed to stand in the first row. Had an incredible view of them and was so glad to see them too.

As we wrote our name on the album, they call us by our name and said thanks. Hehe. So happy. Though I was very happy, I was incredibly sick that day. Was having heat stroke, my fingers are numb and I could hardly speak at all. But I managed to survive through the 10 hours.

I am beginning to miss them already. Xie Zhi, you are the best. =)

My money is flying away. I am desperately looking for a decent and stable job to support myself for my shopping spree. I just spent $112 today on 2 items. I am extremely broke already.

I bought a scar remover cos my god-mother told me that my face is mostly scar and most importantly is to remove them first so I went to Guardian to look for the cheapest one but ended up being recommend one of the most expensive 1, $98. The brand is Satys'. Not sure if any of you heard of it before. Then the lady also recommend me a travel pack facial wash of the same brand as the scar remover so as to dry up the pimples which costs $14 and it is so small. Haiz. It is really very expensive.

I have tried many products. Hopefully this product will suit me. So when I reached home, I tried it immediately. I can only say it is very useful cos I can actually see the results almost immediately. My skin type is oily and will produce oil very quickly so I need to wash as many times as possible but the facial wash really prevent the building up of oil in the pores. It is still not oily after 8 hours and after using the scar remover, I noticed that my face has whiten a little. Guess it is working but hopefully it will not be like the previous products that it will stop working after a while.

Had some time yesterday night so I decided to pack my ever so messy cupboard. The outcome:

The photo frame is a gift from my younger brother when he went to Malaysia on a camping trip. =) There you see a dolphin soft toy. It is my birthday present when I reached 18th by my pals in sec school. Behind it is a crystal display of 2 dolphins that jumped out of the water which is also a birthday present from Wei Ling like 4-5 years ago. =)

My trophies. The crystal trophy on the extreme right is my trophy for 200m girls, 3rd in position in primary school. Then in the middle, is a 4 by 100m relay champion medal which is also when I was in primary school. On the extreme left, there is a little 'trophy' for mass run 4.8km 10th in position when I was in secondary school. =) Then on the right front is my 'trophy' for 100m, 3rd in secondary school and on the left front is my 'trophy' for 200m, 2nd in secondary school. Last but not least, the big trophy right at the back center is my trophy for overall champion upper secondary girls. Yahoo! Hehe. =P

I won the bid for a NOKIA battery for my brother again because my parents always worry if his HP can last.

I went to Pulau Tekong today. My brother was recruited to the BMT school 1 today. My family can accompanied him to Pulau Tekong. It was a very fun journey. Firstly, we took a bus from Pasir Ris to the ferry terminal where we took the Penguin ship to Tekong. The journey on the ship is fun as I simply love the swaying of the ship. =P Then when we reached Tekong, we were separated from my brother. The enlistees made their way to surrender their IC and we the families took the bus to tour around the school. We went into the room and saw the facilities.

At first I thought the place will be horrible with the cupboard rusty and the mattress to be super thin but it isn't. The place is well-kept, the mattress is even better than mine. They also have a recreation room with a TV. Hehe.

Then we went to other places to find out the living conditions there. We also learnt that Tekong is 1 degree hotter. Oh god. Haha. Then we took a break and went to their auditorium. A video was played and a speech was made before the recruits made their oath. They are called recruits instead of soldiers because they are not fit enough to be called soldiers yet. The LTC is so funny. He asked a question: "Recruits, who have brought your handphone and is with you now, raise your hand?". The whole group raised their hands. Haha. Then a little joke were told that they are able to use their handphone and there is once when a parent called to say that her son did not call home. She suspect that the in charge forbid her son to use the handphone.

So, the LTC went to investigate. He called back the parent and told her that her son did call, in fact everyday but he called his 2nd home. He called his girlfriend instead of his parents. We laughed. Then we get to eat lunch with my brother. Had a chat with him and he sent us off to the ferry terminal before he have to depart with us. Had a not very happy feeling as we will be missing our brother for 2 weeks. I wonder if he can cope well. Wish him all the best! =)

The exams finally came to an end. I am so glad that it is finally over. Haven't been having enough sleep for the whole week.

Now, a little summary on my overall performance. Business Finance is averagly done, PCA is also averagly done, CMA is a total disaster, Legal was quite alright and CAS is like I don't even know what am I writing. Hopefully, I would be taking any supp papers. I am praying hard!!!

The holidays finally came. Anyone wanna go out?

1. Why did I choose A&F, TP?

Well, it all started when I was in sec 3 and took POA.

After the 1st time attempting the questions, I begin to love the way it is. It is so dead but tedious too... Kind of weird for me to be attacted to the subject.

Then I told myself, I must get into Accounting diploma and I must get into TP because it is so near to my house. Hehe. I am lazy. =P

2. I went to MJC after 1st 3 months... I think other than my sec sch friends, not many know about my MJC experience. Haha. After receiving my results for O Level, I realised I could get into a JC and decided to join my friends there. So I chose MJC but when I was taken in, I am regretting. Firstly because I am always keen in going to TP and secondly cos I don't like JC as my cousin who went to JC actually pass her A level but cannot get into a local university.

I thought this time I am dead but when my friend, Pearl actually transferred out of MJC to TP, I started pestering her on how to apply to go TP. So she told me and I quickly went to apply. The 2 weeks while waiting for the results of my application is terrible. I failed all my tests there and was in a mode of depression. Finally 2 weeks passed and my application has been approved!!! I was screaming in joy so I went to TP. Yahoo!!!

3. I am a very messy person. When I study, I would take out the notes and dump them on the floor then pick some up and threw on the sofa or table. So it will end up like a after war scene. Haha. Then my mum will grumble and grumble. When she tidies the table, I will not be able to find my stuffs. I always tell her to give me 2 weeks time. Once my exams are over, I will tidy up the place but my mum is too impatient.

Haha. I think this is the fact that no one knows. =P

Now is 12.27am. Officially Sunday, last day of the revision week and to think that I only completed revision for 1 subject, I am wondering what did I do the rest of the week?

I write notes for all the subjects in 7 days and only managed to study business finance for 2 days. Still I am not an expert at all. Now I am going into PCA which is a total disaster cos the notes to accounts are so unfamiliar to me.

Recounting my study week. 20 hours spent with Ham Ham. Who can resist the cute little bum? She is out today and she is not yet home. -.- Everyday I slept for about 5 hours only. I slacked in the morning, reading newspaper, surf the net and watch TV. After that I continue surfing the net or watch some shows. It is only when the sun sets and when the moon say hi to me then I really started studying. It is probably that, that is the only time I can really concentrate.

Too many disruptions and temptations. I don't dare to go to the room that I usually studies in cos it is the 7th month. I am very timid so I study in the living room where I sit right in front of the television and my grandma partically watched all the shows that is showing. -.-

Kelly, you have to CONCENTRATE!!!

Today I heard a line that I cannot really remember now. It made me changed all my password from the one that he knows to one that he will never know. I realised that clinging to the past is useless and if I really wanted to get on with life, I got to let go. So, I let go. I am giving myself a chance to live for myself again and not for anyone.

Got a lot of fun with my mum today. We went to the void deck to burn the paper notes and all of a sudden, we realised that the lighter had been threw into the metal container and is already burning. Haha. I was laughing like hell. I was wondering when will it explode. =P Then at night, my mum hit my butt when I got up to open the door for my grandfather. So I took revenge and hit her butt back. Haha. A very hard 1. =P

Better get back to my revision. I am slacking. =P
