Yesterday I heard some permament staffs gossipping in the toilet that our CEO actually made test calls to us. He tried the multi-lingual hotlines and 1 girl was sacked yesterday because when the chinese pop up screen actually pop up but she spoke in English. This is so scary. Thanks god that my side is pure English and speaking in Chinese is only available upon request.

Today is a very happy day for me. I was praised twice by 2 different callers for my patient and good manners. Hehe. I am so happy and so glad about it that people are very happy with my service. =) Today is a great day. =)
